One of the great sources of information in this country on anything genealogy related is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. One their site exists an International Genealogical Index of all submitted records. The FYI supplied below are batch numbers to find some Birth, Christening and Marriage Records for Jefferson County, Kentucky. It is posted here for the benefit of those who might wish to utilize this Mormon database to find their ancestors. The batch numbers were submitted to the mailing list by subscriber Debbie. "You will find a list below of the IGI Batch #'s that I have found for Jefferson County. Below you will see, that I have put in parenthesis, "Looks to be". I did this because I only scanned through the first 200-400 listed. I did not go through the entirety of each number list. If you find that I have left anything out, PLEASE let the coordinator know so that it can be corrected. ALSO, when searching with a batch number, they ALWAYS begin with a letter. Be cautious on some of the numbers because it "looks" like they begin with the number 1 when they DO NOT. They begin with the letter "I". I have NO idea at this point, if this is the complete list.
