Henry Daniel

DIED AT ASHLAND

                Henry Daniel, 77, for sixty years a Baptist Minster, died at the Baptist General Hospital of Ashland, last week after an illness of several months. He entered the Hospital July 16.

                Mr. Daniel was well known is this area having preached in virtually  every town in the valley and during his back counties during his 60 years in the ministry.

                After his death the body was taken to the home of his daughter Mrs. Oscar Fitzpatrick in Catlettsburg was later taken to Flat gap where funeral services were held last Friday. Burial in the family cemetery.

                Besides his wife, Rev Daniel is survived by five children, Mrs. Oscar Fitzpatrick of Catlettsburg, Mrs. Florence Hamilton of Flat Gap, Mrs. Bertha Littleton of Gathard, Will Daniel of Moore Have Ky., and Cleveland Daniel of Flat Gap.
