Guardian Bond
Commonwealth of Kentucky

Whereas Jarvis Jackson has been appointed, by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to Peyton Caldwell, Elizabeth Caldwell, Sarah(?) Caldwell, Wingard Caldwell and Francis Caldwell a minor.

Now, we Jarvis Jackson as principal and George P. Brown and Lemuel Hibbard his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Jarvis Jackson will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
