The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Evan Jones, has been appointed, by
the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to Celinia(?)
Cole.
Now, we, Evan Jones as principal and H. J.
Jones his surety, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky,
that the said Evan Jones will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian
to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
