Guardian Bond of James & Susanah Evans(?) 1858

The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Fielding Pitman, has been appointed, by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to James Evans(?) & Susanah Evans(?).

Now, we,  Fielding Pitman as principal and R. R. Hackney & Jacob Hackney his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Fielding Pitman will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
