Guardian Bond
Commonwealth of Kentucky

Whereas John J. Pearson has been appointed, by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to James M. Gill, Andrew(?) J. Gill, Elizabeth Ann Gill, Thomas S.(? or L.?) Gill.

Now, we John J. Pearson as principal and John T.(?) Black & Mark Hardin his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said John J. Pearson will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
