Feb., 1863 [extract]: Robert Griffith of the County of Lawrence to Aggy Perkins of the state and county aforesaid, 2 tracts of land containing 42 acres, survey dates 1846 + 1861, lying in the county of Lawrence and on the Zack Branch of the Cherokee Fork of Big Blaine Creek, beginning on top of the dividing ridge between the head of Zack Branch and Irish Creek, for the consideration of 42 dollars.
