Robert Griffith of the County of Lawrence to Aggy Perkins of the state and county aforesaid, 2 tracts of land containing 42 acres, survey dates 1846 + 1861, lying in the county of Lawrence and on the Zack Branch of the Cherokee Fork of Big Blaine Creek, beginning on top of the dividing ridge between the head of Zack Branch and Irish Creek, for the consideration of 42 dollars.

Geo. W. Griffith of the County of Lawrence to Aggy Perkins of the state and county aforesaid, 1 tract of land containing 60 acres, survey date 1. June, 1858, lying in Lawrence County, Kentucky and on the Cherokee Fork of Big Blaine Creek + bounded as follows...on top of the dividing ridge between Irish Creek and Cherokee at the head of the Zack Branch, thence with said ridge N49 E40 poles to a pine and Black Oak N18 W24 to a double chestnut Oak and hickory N42 W36 to 2 white oaks on a flat knob at the butt of the spur between the Zack Branch and the upper Right hand fork thence down said spur S69 W23 poles to a hickory S68 W38 poles to a chestnut and hickory N70 W8 poles to 2 black oaks N66 W22 poles to two Hickorys W2 poles to a hickory and white oak leaving said spur S68 poles to two Beeches on the Zack Branch then up said Branch E 14 poles to a poplar and white oak S 72 E24 poles to a hickory and ash S60 E42 poles to a beech S29 E46 poles to a sourwood Beech and white oak S24 E28 poles to the beginning.
