The
Letcher Heritage News is a semiannual publication of the Letcher County Historical and Genealogical Society. Membership is open to anyone interested upon payment of a membership fee of $12.00
*. A lifetime membership is available with a donation of $300, or an equal amount in books or other materials.
The Society meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the
Harry M. Caudill Memorial Library, Whitesburg, KY at 5:30pm. Correspondence and dues may be sent to the Society at
P.O. Box 312, Whitesburg, KY 41858. Please send a self addressed, stamped envelope if you wish a reply.

* Membership dues will increase to $15 after December 31, 2008. If you would like to take advantage of the $12 rate, you may pay for as many years in advance as you want as long as payment is received before the end of 2008.
