Spring Trip

Members of the Louisville Genealogical Society have chosen Allen County Library in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for our spring trip. The dates for the trip are Sunday, May 18, to Saturday, May 24, 2014.

You can make reservations for the entire week or as many days as you need. Henrietta Deale, LGS Travel Chairperson, has reserved 10 rooms at the Avenir (the old Baymont) with a weekly rate of $226.87 per room, which includes tax. The daily rate per room is $55.00 plus tax.

They do not clean rooms each day, but fresh bath towels, wash cloths, etc., are available.

Each room has two double beds, and Henrietta requested non-smoking rooms.

RESERVATIONS Make your reservation through Henrietta, as she needs to keep track of the rooms. She will need your name, the number of days you will be staying and if you need a Late Arrival Guarantee. You are responsible for your own transportation.

If you have questions or to make reservations, please contact:
Henrietta Deale. Home phone: 502-244-0662; e-mail:; cell phone: 502-741-1307. She works part-time, so you may have to leave a message.
