NOTE:  Although the cause of death was listed as Multiple Myeloma, that is at

partially incorrect. Lon had been diagnosed with and was being treated for bone
cancer.  The family name was originally Souleyret, and over time evolved to
Souleyrette.  The familly used both spellings interchangably.
