Man with little girl on his lap is Henry Vanover with his daughter Georgia Vanover.  This was taken in 1918 near Gifford in Magoffin County.  Henry Vanover was the son of McClelland Vanover and Nancy (Hall) Vanover.  Henry's wife (Georgia's mother) was Dora Tackett.  Dora was the daughter of Daniel Tackett and Amanda Jenkins.
