How to Contribute

Contributions to this site are always welcome!

Please email Laura by following this link
And please, to help me find your note easily, put the words
 MORGAN COUNTY MATERIAL
in your email.  I have my mailbox now set so that any email with the word MORGAN
in it will go to a special folder, easily viewed by me. Contributions in a txt or doc format are best but we appreciate anything sent to us.

If you'd like to contribute a photo for the site, please be sure to make the file size less than 100,000 bytes.  I live in a rural area with a dial up connection and large photos are difficult for me to download.  For websites, its best to put the photo into a jpg or gif format. You can do so by selecting either when you use the "save as" command in your picture editing software. I'm happy to help you with this.

If you'd like to contribute a database in an excel type file, please be aware that it will take time for me to format a data into html for a webpage.  I'm afraid I do not have the software to handle databases easily and so I must forward them to my husband who then saves them into a word document for me and emails it back.  Converting a database into html causes some formatting loss that I must then clean up.
