William Frakes & Evelina Frakes hiswife. Who is the mother of James J.Clark, John R. Clark and Elizabeth Jane Clark Children & heirs of William G.Clark this day produced their motion (?) requesting this court to appoint JohnN. Daugherty guardian for the aforenamed heirs of Wm G Clark dec'd which [ ] being proved bythe oath of Sandy Race a subscribingwitness Thereto [ ]the court doth approve the said John N. Daugherty Guardian for the said JamesJ., John R. and Elizabeth J. Clark children (under the age of 14 years] of thesaid William G. Clark dec'd. Whereuponthe said John N. Daugherty with Robert McMillin and Sandy Race his suretiesexecuted and acknowledged bond in the penalty of sixteen hundred dollars withcondition according to law.
