Jesse Combs was the s/o John Milton Combs and Polly Ann Campbell.
He was born February 1873 in Perry County
and died in the penitentiary at Frankfort, Ky. on 12 August 1901.
He was incarcerated for two years for the robbery of fifty dollars
But died before his release
