I know their children but do not know anything about their ancestors. I'll trade the kids for the ancestors!! Actually, I'll help anyone looking. I believe her name was NANCY HANSFORD/HEREFORD and she was born in Jamestown in 1793. His name was MARTIN COFFEE/COFFEY and he was born in Jamestown in 1789. The only other information I have found on them is that in 1812 in Wayne County he was fined $1.00 for rioting against John Waid and James Dean. They had a son named JAMES GABRIEL COFFEE/COFFEY who was also born in Jamestown in 1815. I really appreciate your efforts on this, I live in Florida and I have no known relatives in your area. She was born about 1802 in Kentucky and died 1868 in Wapello, Iowa. She remarried William Cannady, Jr on 26 Apr 1847 in Vermill\ion Co, Ill. William and Nancy had two children that I know of: George Taylor Caughron, born 1 Oct 1829 in Kentucky, and Nancy S Caughron born in IIlinois.
