Be it known that we Samuel Monhollen and Abraham Monhollen have this day agreed and obligated to make on cause to be made unto John Davis of Whitley County a deed of ______ to two land tracts up which they the said Monhollans are _____ in said county on Beckey's Creek where the Monhollan ________ each 50 acres. On or before this 1st day of May ensuring that to be part and of _____ affect in case the said Abraham and James Monhollan do jointly appear before the judge of one Whitley Circuit Court on the 1st day our next April Term and answer a charge of harboring James Coker with which they stand charged. He the said Davis having entered appearance bail for said Abraham and James Monhollan. We ______ our hand and seal this 8th day of February 1829.
