consisting of cash on hand, notes, bank account,
outstanding accounts, household goods of all
descriptions and any thing else I might have
unintentionally omitted, to be equally divided
between my nine children and the two of my
children who are dead, namely Peter and William,

portion, same as heir and the heirs of William,
deceased, shall althogether had a child's part

living. The following are the names to wit; J.W.

desire that my entire estate be sold at a private
sale, provided the heirs can agree between
themselves for that to be done, but in the case
that can not be done agreeably, then for the
Court to appoint an Administrator to settle and
wind up the estate as soon as possible to do and
after the court costs and other costs that would
necessiarily arise are paid, the remainder to the
respective heirs as I have here to fore said or

my senses, knowing what I am saying and directing
to be done. This March 14, 1892, 7:30 p.m.
