Obituary: Gibbs, Nannie - Saturday, May 9, 1981 Wolfe County News - May 15, 1981 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** NANNIE GIBBS OF CAMPTON DIED MAY 9 Mrs. Nannie Gibbs, 100, of Route 1, Campton and the widow of Dock M. Gibbs, died Saturday, May 9 at the Morgan County Appalachian Regional Hospital West Liberty after a short illness. Mrs. Gibbs was a native of Breathitt County and a member of the Church of God. Survivors are two daughters, Zeldie Ritchey of Franklin, Ohio and Carrie Hollon of Route 1, Campton 35 grandchildren, 110 great grandchildren, 30 great great grandchildren and one great great great grandchild. Funeral services were conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 12 at the Porter and Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Green Ratliff, Rev. James Dawson and Rev. Herb Hollon officiating.
