I'm researching the CHILTON'S and the WILSON'S of Woodford County. I'm looking the the parents and siblings of ELIJAH WILSON, born 06/20/1817 and died 07/27/1860 who was married to ELEANOR CHILTON. I also have a JULIOUS CHILTON who married MARGARET MAHAN 01/18/1844 in Woodford County. She died 12/07/1845. I believe JULIOUS had a second marriage to JANE MONTGOMERY. I got this information from death certificates but would love to know marriage date to verify information. Thanks in advance.

Looking for a book entitled "Genealogies", by Roy Stevenson King. It is supposed to be discussing the "Other" Stevenson's of Woodford Co. I am particurarly interested in the descendants fo a Major John Stevenson. He is supposed to have 6 sons, among them was Samuel who migrated to Woodford Co. Other sons were supposet to be James, John Jr., Robert, Thomas, and one other. I think the Thomas and Robert wound up in Lincoln Co. where Thomas had a Station close by the Whitley Station. Any information on this clan appreciated!

Seeking information on Mariah MARSHALL who married Fielding NEILL in Shelby County on 2 Nov. 1820. Her father, George MARSHALL, was on the bond. George MARSHALL also appeared on the marriage bonds of Mrs. Patsey WALKER (widow, M - 26 June 1806 to Jesse RICE); Dorcas MARSHALL (M - 14 Feb. 1815 to John POWELL); and Matilda MARSHALL (M - 7 Nov. 1822 to Lindsey POWELL). Mariah was suppose to have been from Woodford County. I am researching these lines and would like to hear from other researchers interested in the same lines. Jeffrey G. JEWELL, 7925 Barbour Manor Drive, Louisville, Ky. 40241-1550.
