The Ancestral File of the LDS has a Frances Cannon MOSBY b 1781 in Cumberland Co. VA. Parents are Nicholas MOSBY and Susanna HOBSON married Cumberland Co. VA. Nicholas MOSBY b 13 Mar 1742 Cumberland Co. VA and d 22 Feb 1816 Woodford Co. KY. Susanna HOBSON b 1747 Cumberland Co. VA. I didn't know if you had this info so I thought I'd pass it on. I don't have any other proof than the Ancestral File so please use it as a starting point for further verification..

This will was also probated in Kanawha County VA(WV) on November 10, 1854, because some of real estate was in Kanawha County. I am looking for any information on my g-g-grandfather William Henry WARREN, b. January 12, 1812, in Woodford Co., or possibly Scott Co., KY. He married Mary Elizabeth Sheddrick (b. December 23, 1823, in Shelby Co., KY) on May 04, 1842, place unknown. She died in Grant City, MO and he died in Haxtun Phillips Co., CO. Together they had 14 children, 13 living. Please, anything that you may have to offer would be greatly appreciated.

Searching for parents, siblings and ancestry of Mary "Polly" Ann HALL who married Achilles WILHITE in 1794 in Woodford County. They moved to Owen County and finally to Jefferson County, IN in the 1800's. Mary was probably born in KY. A man named WORLEY signed the marriage bond on her behalf.

Probably Francis had been born in around 1730's but I dont have his parent or grandparent. Francis Peart and his brother Griffin, Probably they born in Norfolk Co. VA and Francis married Catherine BROWN in 1755 in Norfolk Co. VA then somehow moved to Eldgeridge Co, SC where they bore a son, James Peart but they didnt stay long in SC and re-moved to either came first in Wooford Co or fayette Co Kentucky. but not find Francis any more but his son James Peart married Elizabeth JOHNSON in Fayette Co. KY in 1805. I cant find Francis in Wooford and Fayettte Co KY. I dont know any more children of Francis and Catherine (Brown) Peart. If you have any source on this and contact me. Griffin Peart married Elizabeth RICHARDS in 1767. Elizabeth had first marriage was Nathanial FIFE who married in 1758? in Norfolk Co.
