Seeking information on Walter (spelling?) G. OFFUTT, and family listed in the 1850 Federal Census of Woodford County District #1 on 28 Aug 1850, page 443, lines 37-39. Am making assumption that last name is Offutt. Looking for help in confirming that this is in fact an Offutt. Am trying to learn more about this family if it is in fact Offutt. A daughter is listed, Caroline V., age 14. Need to know if possible if she survived and married. Any help appreciated. Dave Offutt.

My Great Uncle Price BISHOP died in Woodford County Nov 8 1919 and was buried at the county farm. I've been unable to find any information about this place. On his death certificate the undertaker was D.R. Duell Versailles, Ky. I suspect that Price was a pauper and perhaps this County Farm is a potters field. If anyone can help me I would be thankful,no matter how small the info may seem. Thanks, Mike Bishop.

Researching John SHERWOOD, b. abt. 1833 in KY, whose father, unnamed, was born in Germany (possibly around 1800). Suspect John was born in Woodford Co. KY. John moved to IL in about 1865, married Nancy Barker, then relocated again to TX in abt. 1876. Their children, Clara Belle, Perry, Frances (Frank), Albert and Lesley, all lived and died in TX. Frank is my father. John never mentioned siblings nor disclosed any info about his mother or father. Need assistance in this dark mystery of my grandfather's family. Lee Sherwood

I am trying to find my grandfathers parents. He was Sidney Coleman b.in Tyrone about 1876. His mother was Rachel Burchell. He was one of twins, the other being named Smith. had several sisters but do not remember their names. One was married to a Willie Royalty, I think her name was Laura. Anyone know of these people. Would love to know his fathers name and where they were from.
