Gray, Horace, Jr. (1828-1902) — of Massachusetts. Born in Boston, Suffolk County, Mass., March 24, 1828. Lawyer; justice of Massachusetts state supreme court, 1864-81; chief justice of Massachusetts supreme judicial court, 1873-81; Justice of U.S. Supreme Court, 1881-1902. Unitarian. Died September 15, 1902. Interment at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge, Mass.
