Burnham late of Essex Mass, Two hundred dollars in full settlement of charges for professional services and expenses in the Probate of said will including a hearing in Probate Court and an appeal to Supreme Court and [ilegible, in paper crease] Supreme Court, this writing of said will and consultations during the pendency of the matter in court, including also the publishing of notices in newspapers on appointment of executor. rec'd payment [signed] Frank C.
