Probate record regarding sale of real estate belong to minors John E. Goodhue, Amos D. Goodhue, Sarah E. Goodhue and Charles W. Goodhue, children of Benjamin Goodhue by their guardian, Benjamin Goodhue, 1856

Benjamin Goodhue was a housewright in Salem. The property in Essex consisted a twentieth-fourth part owned by each child of two acres of woodland. This real estate was lately held by John Goodhue, deceased. His wife had inherited her share of the property from her father's estate.
