Welch-Gleason house, Perkins St., partly taken down.

John Decotis, Pemberton Ave., the George Clay house removed from Colerain and completed.

Willard Emery, the common, brick addition connecting house with garage and stable.

James Duncan Phillips, Rowley Bridge St., house for chauffeur; piggery, etc.

Miss Mary T. Robinson, Camp meeting road, East school house remodelled into a dwelling house.

Dr. Edward C. Streeter, Asbury St., the former Cummings house moved back from the street to higher ground.

Bradley W. Palmer, Asbury St., house extensively remodelled and addition built.
