| ==Tuesday night boys entered several of the churches and rang the bells for several minutes. Owing to the fact that the bells had rung at intervals during the day this was rather annoying to many. The police went out in an effort to round up the boys but were unsuccessful. |

| ==Napoleon J. Hardy and Omar W. Whittemore of this town and Dr. Fred Lowe, of Newton, returned this week from a three week's hunting trip through New Hampshire. Much of the time was spent in the Diamond Pond section where the hunting was very good. Mr. Hardy brought home two deer and Mr. Whittemore one deer. |
