MRS. ANNIE W. CASEY
Mrs. Annie W. Casey, widow of Thomas P. Casey, died yesterday afternoon at St. John's hospital after a brief illness. Mrs. Casey was born in Billerica, the daughter of the late Thomas and Annie Mullen. For the past 40 years she lived in Lowell and was one of the original parishioners of St. Margaret's church, and in the formative days of the parish was an active worker. Her home was at 196 Highland avenue. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Helen E. Fox; a son, Thomas J. Casey; a sister, Mrs. Theresa Foster; and a brother, Edward Mullen; also several nieces and nephews. |
JOSEPHINE G. O'HEARN
Miss Josephine G. O'Hearn, a lifelong resident of St. Patrick's parish, died early this morning at her home, 31 Marsh street, after a short illness. Born and educated in Lowell, the daughter of the late Bartholomew and the late Mary (Lyons) O'Hearn, she was well known throughout the community. She was an attendant of St. Patrick's church.
Miss O'Hearn is survived by a sister, Mrs. Nellie T. Keefe, and several cousins. |

WILLIAM J. HOGAN
William J. Hogan, a former resident of Lowell, and for the past 18 years a resident of Malden, died yesterday at the Malden hospital after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Pauline (Holland) Hogan, two daughters, Eleanor Hogan and Mrs. Dorothy Blackman of New York; a sister, Mrs. Michael P. Curley of Gloucester; and four grandchildren. |
JAMES T. MULDOON
James T. Muldoon of 10 Acton street, husband of Mrs. Mary (Bruce) Muldoon, and a resident of Lowell for many years, died this morning at St. John's hospital after a short illness. Born and educated in Pelham, N. H., the son of the late Owen and Emeline (Doherty) Muldoon, he came to Lowell at an early age, where he had been a tool and dye [sic] maker for many years. He was an attendant of the Sacred Heart church. Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Baldwin of Lowell, Mrs. Eileen Harrington of Billerica; six sons, David O., James T. Jr., William V., Francis B., John J., and Robert E. Muldoon; 13 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Henry Hawkins, Mrs. Hazel I'Anson, Mrs. Helen Upton; two brothers, Owen and Harry Muldoon and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Sacred Heart church. |
