The Guest Speaker at the Historical Society meeting following the annual Harvest Supper was Charlie Binda, Banquet Chef Sous of The Country Club in Brookline, MA. Charlie spoke about changes that have taken place in cooking over the years. He explained "The Bill of Fare" for the first Thanksgiving and a more current Thanksgiving menu designed and prepared by todays chefs. He also explained a Baked Indian Pudding recipe from an 1873 Cookbook which he prepared as a dish for the supper.
* Charlie's daughter Julia was named after Julia Child.
