Topic: Writing Genealogical Memoirs

Speaker:Beth Cameron-Kilbridge

Beth will speak on the enjoyment and the importance of writing your memoirs for your descendants. Think of all those names and dates that you have collected in your genealogy. Wouldn’t you like to know about some of the events that shaped their lives? Don’t you wish they had written their memoirs?

Beth will be conducting four workshops exclusively for SSGS members offering encouragement and guidance in preparing memoirs to “flesh out the vital statistics.” The dates and locations of these seminars are undetermined but your board of directors is hoping to schedule them for the fourth Saturday of October, November, March and April.

Beth is internationally educated and an internationally experienced teacher. She has conducted memoir writing workshops for various groups including senior citizen groups. We look forward to having her advance our genealogical skills.
