Do you really know the facts behind the "family stories" that have been passed down through several generations? There is almost always a grain of truth in there somewhere - the trick is finding it and then proving the story true or false. So many myths exist regarding our ancestors, some stories have been sanitized to avoid embarrassment, and some stories are pure fiction!

Knowing the truth about the many myths surrounding genealogy and solid research can often clarify facts, bring to light contradictions and finally dispel those myths that are so pervasive! Come learn how to sift through all the information to find the truth in your story!
