I am interested in info on James KIRKE and Jane LAMONT who were both born in Ireland, married in 1856 in the Parish Church of Dalry, Greenhirst, Scotland. Their children: James, Rachel, Elizabeth, Jane, Mary, John James, Agnes Stewartina (my ancestor) all born in Baildlandmill, Dalry, Scotland. They came to Barton, Moscow, MD somewhere between 1870 and 1873. They had more children in MD, Thomas, William, Andrew Martin, and Ellen. Jane LAMONT died Sep 7, 1917 and is buried at Laurel Hill, Barton, Moscow, MD. Her husband James KIRKE died Jan 24, 1893 and is buried in the same place. I am making the assumption that Laurel Hill is a cemetery. Any info on this family would be greatly appreciated.

My Great Grandmother, Annie FARRELL HANKEY, is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery. She was married to William Edward HANKEY. Recently I was able to learn she is buried in Section 14, but the person buried in the same plot as she is is named HOGAN. Can anyone give me any information on the HANKEY Family and how HOGAN fits in?
Annie and William had at least two daughters, Grace and Emma. Grace remained in Hagerstown and married Albert MAGAHA. Emma married a cousin, Harold HANKEY, and they moved to Baltimore. Grace had three daughters listed in her obituary--Mrs. Marie Lambillotte, Mrs. Virginia Bishop and Mrs. Janice Baer. When Grace died in 1973 her sister was still living in Baltimore. Any help will be appreciated.

I am searching for anyone who may be able to help me with my ROLLINGS/DEETZ line. I have a Harry ROLLINGS (b. ca 1878, England) marrying Anamae DEETZ (b. 31 Aug 1879, Cumberland) on 8 Nov 1900 in Cumberland. She is the daughter of Perry DEETZ (b. 1862, MD) and Jane/Jennie CESSNA (b. 1861, PA).
I have the DEETZ family on the 1900 census for Allegany Co. Harry worked for the Tin Mill according to newspaper report of their marriage. I'm having trouble finding any ROLLINGS in Allegany Co. He gives his residence on the marriage license record as Cumberland and I believe he may have come to this country with his parents in the mid 1870's. I also believe she may have had a brother William James DEETZ but this is not certain. I would appreciate any leads that anyone may be able to give me. Thanks.
