Sarah Ann STEVENS was b.1857 probably Frostburg, MD. She was the daughter of Samuel STEVENS and Harriet JOHNS. She was married to Thomas John THOMAS about the year 1876 Allegany County? Thomas was born Wales 1841. When he came to America is unknown to me. Anyone who has information on this family, please contact me.

I am looking for information on David P. OSBORNE father of Corinne OSBORNE ASH (Mrs. Lee) and Eleanor OSBORNE STAFFORD (Mrs. Ira). The 1890 Maryland census shows David P. OSBORNE as a resident of Flintstone, Allegany Co. He was born in Fulton Co, PA in 1841. Both Corinne b. 1875, and Eleanor b. 1877, grew up in the Flintsone area, married and lived in Cumberland. The ASHES may have descendents in the Cumb. area. They were in the grocery business. Can you help me?

Searching for information on John DAVIS of Wales who lived in Mt. Savage, Allegany County, Maryland and married a woman from Pennsylvania whose maiden name was HUTTON. They were parents of Annie DAVIS born May 8, 1862 in Mt. Savage, Allegany County, MD. Annie went on to marry a Barton Henderson NEWELL in 1879.

Anyone have info on Capt.Wm. KNOX as to his parents, wife or wives and children? He is either my ggrandfather or my gggrandfather. He went to Ohio to build boats and oddly his obit doesn't mention his family except for son M.G. who went into business with him building boats. He was born in 1799 and died in Hamar OH in 1887. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for the family of William BUTLER. His son John R. BUTLER was born somewhere in Maryland on August 10, 1769. The rest of his children were; David, Elkanah "Lcain", William, Isaac, Nathan, and James. It appears that William moved the family back to Virginia and after the Rev. War moved the family in what is now Kentucky. William and most of his sons were "Long Hunters." Any information would be most helpful.

I am looking for relatives of Joseph W. SHARON b.8/11/1861 d.2/26/1935 and wife Florence HARE maybe O'HARE b. 2/10/1866 d.11/3/1930.Lived in Little Orleans,MD they are buried in Martin cemetery. Sons are Gladestone, Harvey, Heimen, Robert and Joseph. Joseph might have been a preacher in Morgan Co.,WV with the Nazareth Church. Daughters Margret, Nancy and ??. Joseph is my Great Grandfather and my mother has a picture of him or possible his father taken in Williamsport,PA.If any one has information it would be greatly appreciated.
