Looking for information on Charles Elmer DAVIS and Olive Pearl PIPER (d/o Lionel and Emma PIPER) of Oldtown, MD. They are my grandparents. I have very little information. There children are: George, Harry Robert, Jefferson, Henry Mason, Thomas, Lionel, Freda, Emma Dale, Betty Jane, Anna Francis, and Olive Pearl. Charles was raised in Spring Gap.
