There is a record of a marriage 11/27/1810 between James REYNOLDS and Mary SIMPKINS. I don't think this is my James REYNOLDS ancestor. B. 1787 to Levy and Jane (KING) REYNOLDS. Could anyone know if this couple had children. James had a daughter Matilda REYNOLDS b. MD 1817 and I am pretty sure an older son ?Levi. Any help would be appreciated. Since he came to OH before 1820 and so did the Bucy and Eliz. Cheney is this a possiblitity. He did not appear to have a wife in the 1830 census in OH. Think he remarried Prudence ?. Dee Behrens (Reynolds) OH.

Looking for any information pertaining to the one room school house at the intersection of Mill Run and Bedford Road. William FRANTZ owned the parcel and sold it to the Allegany County Board of Education in the 1930's. Interested in when the school was built, the name of the school, and/or photo of the school. Later the parcel was sold to the MCELFISH family and then to the MORTZFELT family.
