He was married to Elizabeth Grayson Page (daughter of James Page and Mariah Coulter) on 26 Sep 1836. Elizabeth Grayson Page was born on 31 Dec 1818. She died on 21 Feb 1876. Albert Gallatin Boyce and Elizabeth Grayson Page had the following children:

38 i. Edward Boyce was born on 10 Jul 1837.
39 ii. Hannah Boyce was born on 24 Sep 1840. She died in Aug 1841.
40 iii. Jane Boyce Boyce was born on 9 Jun 1842. She died in Aug 1844.
41 iv. Albert Boyce was born on 22 Sep 1846. He died on 17 Sep 1857.
42 v. Mary Boyce was born on 25 Jun 1849. She died in May 1850.
