40. Kentucky Scott Co Deeds. He apparently died intestate, as no will has been found. It is said
that a recorded deed 18 May 1834 Scott Co., KY gives the names of his
heirs, but the penmanship and spelling are so poor, it is almost
impossible to decipher the names and to differentiate the children
from the grandchildren. Among the surnames are WEST, RESOR, and CLARK.
