Annual Meeting Was Held at New Windsor

Mary Ann Ashcraft gave a fascinating account of Black Gravestone carvers in Frederick County in the early 19^th century.  The Office of Cemetery Oversight located in Baltimore City was represented by Patricia Fagan Tress.  She informed the group of the purposes, functions, and even limitations of her department.
