The Friends of the Whipp’s Cemetery and Memorial Gardens
3651  St. John's Lane, Elicott City, Howard County
(Approx. 2 blocks south of Frederick Rd on left side of street)

Our annual plant sale fundraiser will be held on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11 at the First Lutheran Church (corners of Frederick and Chatham Rds).
This sale will include many natives and other hard –to-find perennials for both shade and sun gardens. The added attraction this year will be a donation
of over 60 registered day lilies, donated by Fred Briscoe, the Ellicott City day lily grower. We will also be sharing some of the cuttings of hydrangea oakleaf,
hosta, and acuba from our Whipps’ gardens.  This is a new feature we want to share with the public. We also invite you to share any extra garden perennials
and small shrubs you are dividing with us for the sale. All plants will be happily bought by other gardeners at reasonable prices.  The money will be used to
maintain and keep the gardens growing and glowing.   For more information, contact Aleta Gravelle at agravelle@verizon.net.
