Wolfe Gap Cemetery
Wolfe Gap Cemetery is located on the Finzel Swamp Nature Preserve off Cranberry Swamp Road before the town of Finzel on Little Savage Mountain. You cannot drive up to the cemetery or the entrance of the nature reserve. Wear good shoes and long pants when making the hike into the area of the cemetery. Don't hike in alone. It is a Nature Preserve and tracks of what looked like Mountain Lion were evident when we made our visit.

Hike down the path until you see the foundation of an old house and turn right. Continue on until you see a fence post that has been tagged with red tape.

The cemetery is a short walk through the wooded area. There is one tall family monument, which makes it easier to spot through the trees.
