- I am looking for information on Samuel JONES, who was born circa 1812, may have lived
for a time in D.C., then moved circa 1837 to New Orleans. I would like any information
concerning his parents, etc. I would also like to know if his middle name was Talbot, and

- Researching the descendants of Griffith and Eleanor FORREST DAVIS. This couple and their
descendants lived in Prince George's, Frederick and later Montgomery Counties when these
counties were created. They had: Lodowick, Charles, Griffith, John Forrest and Thomas
DAVIS. These names ran in the family for several generations. A descendant, Jeremiah
DAVIS, and his wife Susannah GARRETT, left Montgomery County and went to Kentucky with his
uncle Thomas Davis, settling in Bourbon, Clark and Montgomery Counties, there. Would like
to contact others researching any of these lines.

- Hello fellow searchers, I'm seeking information on my 5G-grandmother Sarah Mae BRUNNER,
reportedly born in April of 1747 in present day Washington County (formerly Prince
George's and then Frederick County), Maryland. I have been unable to identify her parents
or ancestors, but I know she married Johann MORGENSTERN, also known as Jacob MORNINGSTAR,
9/30/1768 - perhaps in Washington County. They moved to Bedford County, Pa., and raised 13
children. If you have any information on this BRUNNER line, could you please contact me?

- I have been researching the RATLIFF/RATCLIFF line for some time in SW VA and have been
able to trace it back to Robert RATLIFF b. abt 1690 probably in Sussex, England and died
abt 1738 in Prince George's County, MD. His wife, Mary TOUCHSTONE, probably was from Cecil
County, MD. Their son, Ruben RATLIFF was b. abt 1732. From recent information that I have
received, it is believed that Mary's father was Richard TOUCHSTONE.
Do you by chance
have anything more on any of the above or their ancestors? Thank you in advance.

Hundred, Maryland. Is anyone researching the name DOBBINS. Any info on this family would
be appreciated.
In "The Maryland Gazette, 1727-1761" I find Capt. James
DOBBINS sailing back and forth across the ocean from England to Maryland, between 1748 and
when he dies at sea 1755. Can anyone help with info on his family? Any info would be
appreciated.
