Searching for information on the family of William and Cassandra DOWNES of Prince George's Co., MD. Cassandra was b. abt 1764 MD. Their sons: - John DOWNES b. 29 Mar 1792 MD; m. Nancy RICE 28 Dec 1821 Jefferson Co., OH. - Albert DOWNES b. 1 May 1801 MD; m. Effie RICE 28 Mar 1822 Jefferson Co., OH.
These brothers were in Jefferson Co., OH, by at least 1821 and lived their until their deaths. Their farms were on land that became part of Carroll Co., OH in 1833. A possible daughter of William and Cassandra DOWNES: - Nancy DOWNES b. abt 1795 MD; m. George RICE 4 Apr 1819, Jefferson Co., OH. Albert, John and Nancy all married RICE siblings: the children of John and Rebecca RICE.

I am looking for info on John P. TAYLOR (believe P. is for Pinkney) and Catherine/Katherine TAYLOR (maiden name was Taylor). Only info I have is that one of these families was from "Little Mount Airy" or Croom, Prince George's County, Md. and have some relationship to Mary CUSTIS LEE.

Seeking information on family of Charles (b.1689) and Elizabeth (HARRIS b.1693) FINLEY mrrd. 4-11-1711 Talbot, MD. Children are all born PGC. Ann 1715, Sarah 1717, Elizabeth 1720, Charles 1722, John 1725, James 1728, William 1730, Mary 1733, Richard 1738, Isaac 1738. At least two of the sons migrated to Jefferson County, Ky.

Looking for descendants of Ernst and Ottilie BANNOWSKY. According to SS Death Index, Ernst was born 6 Jan 1893 and died Oct 1976. Ottilie was born 2 Apr 1894 and died 24 Jan 1988, both with last residence of Bowie, Prince George's County, Maryland. Looking for connection to BANNOWSKY family in Texas and Silesia (Poland).
