Am searching for information on spouses of my BROOKE family of P.G. Co. Maryland in the mid 1800's. The parents of my grandfather, Norman Edward BROOKE, were Philip L. BROOKE and his wife Elizabeth Lownes LEVIS. Philip and Elizabeth Brooke's children married the following: Mary Elizabeth BROOKE, b. 1853, married Ralph COX. Margaretia BROOKE, b. 1858, married Ralph FISHER. Anne BROOKE, b. 1854, married Ralph MAGRUDER. Agnes BROOKE, b. 1844, married Eli RILEY. Sarah BROOKE, b. 1846, married Ralph CLOKEY. I have quite a bit of BROOKE info and will be happy to share.

Daniel McKINNON married in St.George's Co.a Mrs. Catherine D.(middle initial or abbreviation for her last name? )in 1774. Some believe it to have been DAWSON.He also married a widow, Catherine LANHAM in 1767.Catherine LANHAM had a son by Edward LANHAM named Robert Poore LANHAM b. 14 July 1765. I know it's asking for miracles, but if anyone can shed any light on this I'd really appreciate it. Were there any men by the name of Daniel DAWSON living in PG.County during the late 1700's?
