The MDPGEORG Mailing List

The mailing list and digest were opened to all April 24th 1998. This is just one more tool for Prince George's County researchers.

For those of you who are experienced list users, and wish to subscribe, click here now. If you are new to mailing lists, please read on.

A mailing list functions like any other email you send or receive. If you want to send a message, you compose the message just like you would an email. You and everyone else subscribed to the list will receive that message via email. As the number of subscribers increases, so will your range of contact increase.

You can request your subscription to be in a LIST or DIGEST format.

  • Choose LIST if you want to receive every message individually. You will receive every message as soon as it is posted.
  • Choose DIGEST if you want to have your messages bundled together. You will receive messages only when the # of posts or a date deadline is reached.
