Application being made to me by Archibald Heney for a lott of land to settle upon in Consideration of his attachment to his Majestys government Thereby agree to give undisturbed possession to the said Archibald Heney and his heirs when Civil Government takes place he will receive a Gratu- (?) Grant he or they paying a grate(?) rent if any demanded by Government a Certain Cottageland formerly the property of Joseph Perkins now in Rebellion; and bounded as follows on the road leading to Fort George one hundred and fifty foot thereon a N E. course from said road one hundred and fifty foot which ---s(?) the whole premises. Together with all the privileges and appertinents thereto belonging.

Given at Fort George Penobscott this twenty first day of June Seventeen hundred and Eighty one years of of his Majesties Reign the twenty first
