AREY/GRAVES:
I am searching for information of a marriage between a MARTHA AREY to my great grandfather EDWARD SMALL GRAVES both from the St. George/Thomaston area. I am wanting to trace Martha's family history. Cyrus Eaton mentions in his genealogy section of volume #2 that Edward Small GRAVES born October 22, 1822, married a Martha AREY. Martha may have died in childbirth with a son Edward Small Graves. Anyone with information on this AREY family?

I am searching for information about Nathaniel GRAVES and William GRAVES, two brothers who came to the area of S. Thomaston from Deerfield NH via Kittery, ME where Nathaniel married Louisa EMERY in 1809. Nathaniel GRAVES was born 1788 probably in Deerfield, NH. Louisa EMERY was born probably in Kittery, ME. HUPPER/ALLEN/LOUD/SMALLEY/TEEL:
I am interested to find out more about Levi Hupper. A pedigree chart from
the Family History Library (online) indicated that Levi Hupper, who was b.
1816 in St. George, ME, died at Mayaquez, Puerto Rico, on Feb. 19, 1853.
Was he lost at sea? Is there a story about this in an historical society
library? The pedigree chart indicated he was married to Jane Y. Allen, b.
4 Nov. 1817 in St. George, d. 23 May 1898. Are they both buried in the
Ridge Church Cemetery? I was there once when my father-in-law took us to
see it about 20 years ago, but I didn't have as much genealogical
information available when I visited. HUPPER/CRAIG:
I am looking for information about William Loud HUPPER born 12 Aug 1795 in Port Clyde, Knox, Maine. He died 23 Nov 1852. Legend has it that he is buried in the North Ridge Cemetery, Port Clyde, Knox, Maine. He married Margaret Craig about 1817. I would appreciate hearing from anyone that is related to this line or anyone that has any information about these individuals. Thank you,

MAKER/TENANT:
I am researching my husband's family - Maker - and I am interested in how/why Tenant's Harbour was named. I understand that it was named for Joshua Tenant (his daughter Hannah married Jonathan Maker). Can you tell me anything about Joshua? his family? I understand his wife was Ruth Matthews but I have only the one child for him - Hannah.
Was the Harbour named for him because he died in the Revolutionary War? or was he a land owner? Where did he come from?
I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Is there a list of the people buried at the Ridge cemetery? I'm also
interested to find out if John Allen (1791-1870) and his wife Rebecca
Smalley Allen (1787-?) are buried there as well. I think I recall that
John Hupper (1783-1858) and his wife Elizabeth Teel Hupper (1785-1872) are
buried there. I noticed a query about the Loud family and the Ridge
cemetery posted in July. Are the Loud's buried there? Our line goes
through Nathaniel Hupper (1752-?) of Kennebunkport and Susannah Loud
(1759-1839) of Port Clyde (her parents being William Loud and Rebecca Susan
Morgan).
I am researching the line for my husband and son. It is my husband's
paternal line. He is Theodore Fairly Hupper. We now live in San Diego,
which makes research trips to ME difficult. Any info you can provide would
be appreciated. Especially a source for the records of the cemetery in
Port Clyde.
Thanks.
