"I do lookups for two other counties and the only request I have, based on my experience, is to encourage people to put "Washington county Maine Lookup" in the subject line. That is the only way I can be sure of recognizing a legitimate request from junk mail. An email with a subject
line of "Hi" or "Please help", etc. is going to be deleted unread. Also, county names, cemetery names and of course family names repeat over and over. You can waste a lot of time trying to locate John Smith in Memory
Cemetery, Taylor county Iowa when actually the person meant the Memory Cemetery in Oconto county Wisconsin. Many people do not seem to realize you might do lookups for more than one county."
