Antonia Francisca de VILLARREAL (#0847)

Birth Record: She was born in 1702, probably in Monterrey

Death Record: Unknown date. However, it is known that she was
                 still living in 1752.

Life Facts: Her parents are were Juan Antonio de Villarreal and
Andrea de la Garza. Andrea's father was the brother
of Leonor de la GArza de matriarch of the Serna
                 y Alarcon clan of Monterrey.

She was granted a dispensation to marry Jose Antonio
de la Serna (#0846), on 17 June 1727. Jose Antonio had
been widowed and already had nine children when he
married Antonia - probably sometime in 1728. After
Antonio died she inheirited his sizable estate.

Antonia's parents were residents of el Valle de
Salinas so I assume that she lived there at least
for a part of her life. After marrying she probably
moved with her husband to Monterrey.

There were seven children born of this marriage.
The names of her children are as follows:
                 Jose Joaquin(#2388), Bartolome Jose(#2389), Maria
                 Josefa(#2390), Luis Antonio(#2391), Maria Cayetana
                 (#2392), Marcelina(#2393), Maria Catarina(#2394).
