Birth Record:    Born in Monterrey, Circa 1720

Death Record:    Date of death unknown. However, she was still living in 
                 December of 1751.  This is known because she is listed as
                 such in a document dated 21 december 1751.

Life Facts:      Her parents were "Alferez" Jose Antonio de la Serna
                 (#0846) and Maria Josefa de la Garza (#0775).
                 
                 She obtained a dispensation to marry Jose Luis de la
                 Garza (#2406) on 06 May 1745. Jose's first wife Juana
                 Maria Gonzales (#4640) had died earlier that year.

                 Josefa and Jose probably wed in late 1745 or early 1746.

                 I have no record of children.
