Edwin BALDWIN was born Dec. 9, 1854, at Oakland, Mich., and died at his home in Millen
township March 28th, at 4 p.m., from apoplexy. He had resided in Alcona county since
1883, coming here from Gratiot county, Michigan. He was married to Miss Anna WILBUR
July 10, 1878, in Ionia county, and besides his widow he leaves four sons and two
daughters. They are Leonard and Clarence of Millen township, Burt and Vern at home,
Mrs Ella CARLON of Grand Rapids, and Mrs. Mable DAGENAIS of Flint.
The funeral was held Tuesday, April 2nd, at 10 a.m. from the home, with
Rev. BROWN in charge. Interment in Lincoln cemetery.
